Screen is not turning of on calls !!

Hi,

My BB 9800 screen is not going of on calls, even if i put my finger on the proximity sensor, i saw other similar BBs that does it with no issues. And i couldn't find any option to Enable/Disable it ?

Sounds like the sensor is defective.
