I just attempted to download a 2.9MB file only to receive a BB message advising the file size exceeds the maximum file download size. How can this be changed?

You have to download it to the microSD memory card, and not to the memory on the BlackBerry itself. The BlackBerry has always had a limit of 2.86mb so people don't fill up device (application) memory with media. Media goes to the media card.

I tried "download attachment" but received the same message. How does one download to the memory card if oversized?
