sync 3 torchs

I have 3 torchs. How do I sync all 3 so they have the same data/apps/information? Thanks for any help.

Do a back up of torch 1 your master. Then load torches 2 and 3 with the back up from #1
May have to load some of the apps independently

There is different info on each one that I want to combine.

make back up for all three blackberry in *.ipd files and use "ABC Amber IPD Merger" to combine them.
