I have downloaded the latest upgrade and followed all the instructions. When the Apploader starts the upgrade begins and teh back is completed teh rpogram then attempts to connect to the device ROM , and a error results. I have followed teh instrcution to change teh setting of teh USB Root Hub but to no avail.

I then updated via the desktop software which prompted that a new device OS upgrade was available . The program threw iut and gave a message about some device program not resolved.

I need help.

My phone is fine .

Default Re: new OS Upgrade

What exactly was the error message?

Are you installing an OS following the instructions in the "latest OS" thread here on the forums for your model blackberry?
