Weird,

when I reply to an email, I cannot send it. The first two icons (keyboard and envelope with green lines to the left) are faded (meaning I cant press them), and my only options are the last 3 icons (save draft, the clip and the X). If I press on the blackberry button, there is no send option.

I really dont understand because there is an email address next to TO:

Am I doing something wrong? Its fine when I compose a new email.

And do a battery pull. DO you have a good signal - 3G, EDGE or edge?

I am connected, I have good signal. I cant send them when I reply, if I compose a new email its fine... Did battery pull too

Try resending your service books. If that doesn't work, remove and re-add your account.

So I called rogers, they did a few things and its been okay now. Thanks for taking the time to reply, its appreciated.

Do you know what the "few things" they did were? It would be helpful to someone else that may be experiencing this issue.

No, he just said said "ill try something on my end".

My assumption is that he resent the service books.
