I just upgraded to 337 and I have a malfunction where all the hard button stop functioning for no apparent reason. The screen buttons function, but all mechanical buttons including the track ball stop working. The only way I can get out of it is to pull the battery. Any ideas ...

Did you get it wet or drop it?

Try wiping with Jl_cmdr and then reinstalling the OS.

No. Did not drop it get or get it wet. Brand new phone. Only a week old. I saw in another thread that somebody else was getting similar freezing because of "weatherbug" application. I have removed this application and will see if that is causing the problem. Last resort will be wipe and re-load.

I have been experiencing this same issue.

I am not 100% sure but it always happens when I use the OEM leather pouch. Once I put the phone in the pouch, the buttons would stop working. Although it does not happen everytime but it happens enough that I had to do a battery pull at least 2 times a day.

I had stop using the pouch these past two days but have not experience the problem.

Also, any luck on the "weatherbug" bug?
