Hi all, I'm after some help

The camera (photos) not videos stops working, it won't do anything until a battery pull has been done. I am debating doing a wipe handheld but was interested if anyone else has the same issues and possible resolves?

You mean the camera cant take photos, but can take videos. Or it can play videos, but not photo

Yes I have had the same problem,tried to take a picture and the camera will not operate, battery pull is a temporary fix,the problem returns eventually,no need to go thru a wipe, that will not solve the problem. Its a softeware issue that needs addressed.
