Default Torch auto answers. Can't turn off.

Please Login to Remove!
Torch is auto answering. Even though in the phone options Auto Answer is set to "never". Suggestions?

Have you tried a hard reset and then tested? If not, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. After rebooting, test.
