Default text for home screen not appearing

Please Login to Remove!
I have set up "in case of emergency " info for the home screen to display when my Torch is locked. It does not display, however.

Is there something I am missing?

your asking this when using pattern lock? I set it up and it shows up in the lower right hand corner.
