What do you mean "off it" and "ON"?

If you do not have blackberry data service activated on your account, you cannot and will not be able to access blackberry data services, period. Some people, depending on their service provider apparently, cannot use wifi at all, not even for non-blackberry data services, without a data plan.

im using prepaid data plan

juz now im off the data plan.. juz only smsing to off it

The plan needs to be currently activated

i thing he have it on wifi only connection tray to change to wifi prefer so u can use the internet plan went u no in the house also mere sure u have a data plan
