Default facebook alerts

Please Login to Remove!

Hi when i set my phone up for facebook i use to get alerts with sound. but last week i tried my daughters sim card in it to see if it worked ok and ever since i only get alerts but no sound. does anyone know how i can turn it back on please ?

It sounds as if the audible tone has been disabled. Look in profiles, and edit your current profile, and click Facebook.

Ensure that there is a sound set and make sure that the volume is set to an audible level in that window. Click 'Try it' at the bottom to preview.

Hi its ok just pulled the battery out and rebooted it all working now

Glad you now have it fixed. I had assumed that you had already tried a battery pull, this is always the first port of call for any BlackBerry problems.
