Every time I try and delete voice messages, they are replaced back onto my phone a few minutes later. I have consulted the technical advice with my phone supplier and they suggest it was a fault with the phone and replaced my 9800. The new phone does exactly the same! I think it is something to do with my BB Enterprise server not allowing me to permenantly delete the messages, but I am no expert and others are drawing a blank. I would be very grateful for any suggestions as to what this could be. Thanks

are you talking about the VM icon appearing on the home screen even after you've deleted all VM messages? i had that problem. after upgrading my OS to .448, problem was solved

Get your wireless provider to delete the VM off your CTN and get them to add it again. resetting it from the network side. you will need to set up your VM once again but it should work from that point on

Are you referring to Visual Voice Mail or the standard one? I use Visual Voice Mail with BES and don't have this issue. I'm on .246. Good luck.
