Touch-screen buttons while in call (Hold, Mute, Speaker Phone) are not there anymore

my Touch-screen shortcut buttons while in call (Hold, Mute, Speaker Phone) that used to be in them 4 boxes are not there anymore, now its just empty boxes, why?? I found this VERY useful specially while I was driving I would use the speaker phone a lot (hands free use of phone of course :smile: )

maybe something in setting has changed?

They should always be there - do a battery pull.
