I got a new computer (PC) with Windows 7 and MS Outlook 2010. Bought a 9800 Torch. Downloaded the most recent Blackberry 6.0 operating system. Tried to Confiigure Settings to set up the sync setting on Calander and Contacts. Selected Microsoft Outlook. Seletced Two Way sync. And immediately I get an error message that says "Operation Terminated Unexpectedly". Any ideas on what is happening?

Are you using the 64 bit version of Office? DM still doesn't like that version, although the latest DM is supposed to work.

Might try a search here on Office 2010 and see what you can find that will help.

It could be some local problem with your PC. I have Windows7, Outlook2010, DM6.0 and BB Torch ... and no problems with sync. Good luck.
