Default BB 9800 - How to reduce call forwarding time

I have BB Torch 9800 and i have enabled conditional call forwarding i.e. if i dont pick up the call it should get forwarded to another number and its working fine. but problem is Caller has to wait online for 15 - 20 sec till the call gets forwarded. Is their anywhere setting in BB so that waiting time can be reduced to 5 sec.

Please let me know if anyone has solution.

No, those timers are carrier controlled, not device controlled.
