I have two ear pieces and I cannot get either one to pair with my Torch. Help or suggestions? I just get a screen message that says unable to pair.

Does your phone "discover" the headset?

Are you entering the right passcode?

Are your headsets paired already to another device?

Does not discover, therefore I do not get to the pass code request. The headsets are not already paired to any other device.

Bluetooth radio on and set to discoverable?

Yes and yes

I'm guessing you already tried a battery pull? I've never had any issues and have paired headsets, computers, and printers.

set your 9800 to discoverable, plug your bluetooth into the wall or car charger while on for 30secs then unplug,this process resets your BT headset,now set your headset to pairing mode...see if your device finds your headset,hope this helps?

i had an issue pairing my bluetooth device on my torch, as well. it took about 6 tries, but it finally connected to it.
