I have one user with a blackberry which is missing the file option from his menu in email.

Have wiped the blackberry and reactivated but its still not there and wasnt on his old phone.

Must be an exchange mailbox problem as it happened on the old bes server before we migrated to besx.

O2 havent a clue and neither to many of the other forums.

Other than doing a mailbox deletion and re-import im not sure what else it could be?

Anyone else had this issue?

Can he View Folders ands see his folder structure?

No the folders are missing and there is no menu file option.

I believe it may because he has too many folders in his outlook mapi client
Blackberry can only handle a certain number - not sure what that number is so am going to get him to move some fodlers to a pst.

Not sure whether i need to resend the service books or if the sync will happen one the next scheduled?

Anyone any idea what the maximum number of folders a Besx / blackberry can handle when synced with Exchange 2007?
