Default Another holster problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Torch 9800 and I use a magnet case that puts the Torch to sleep and wakes up just fine. Here's the problem - I would like to be able to have the screen still locked when the BB is removed from the holster. I tried pressing the lock button before putting it in the case but when I remove it, it activates the screen.

My reason for this is that it seems whenever I remove it I have to touch the screen and seem to send it into the network connections , the calendar or something else.

A case w/o the magnet works but the lock button is so sensitive it turns on at times.

Any way to adjust the actions in waking from sleep?

Thanx,

Vic

There may be a more convenient solution, but you could set a password and enable "lock handheld upon holstering."

Or drop the $2.99 for a full featured lock app. Unless $2.99 is the daily wage in your part of the country. I try so hard to be sensitive to these things.

LOL! $2.99 won't even get me a shot of single malt scotch whiskey in my part of the country. HOWEVER - played around with the free Patterlock Lite and I can get it to do what I want. Problem solved!
