Dear All,

Wonder if someone could help please?

I have received my new BB today. Synchronised all back up data. All is working well except my email accounts.

All email accounts are showing ok, however, when I go to Setup and try to click on Email Setup it simply not responding (email setup icon is highlighted but NOTHING is happening! Therefore I am unable to access email setup).

What do I have to do activate all my email accounts that are already on BB?

1st, do you have a BB data plan?

If yes, then log into your existing BIS account and change the IMEI and PIN to that of your new device. then resend the service books from BIS, Do a battery pull and let the device reboot and you should be good to go.
