Email set up on BB Torch 9800 (email setup icon is not responding) Dear All, Wonder if someone could help please? I have received my new BB today. Synchronised all back up data. All is working well except my email accounts. All email accounts are showing ok, however, when I go to Setup and try to click on Email Setup it simply not responding (email setup icon is highlighted but NOTHING is happening! Therefore I am unable to access email setup). What do I have to do activate all my email accounts that are already on BB? Thank you very much in advance for any help!! |

If yes, then log into your existing BIS account and change the IMEI and PIN to that of your new device. then resend the service books from BIS, Do a battery pull and let the device reboot and you should be good to go. |
