I can't answer calls on my BB phone 9800.. The answering button can't get to work. Neither the handset can help me, yet I usually listen to music. Anyone else having the same problem?

I believe you can press the menu key , and you'll have the options to answer or decline.

It sounds like your answer button is broken.

Before you resort to thinking that tho, remove the battery for a minute or 2 and see if that helps anything
