A user who is on BES 220.127.116.11 is having issues with his torch 9800. He can't download updated apps from App World without getting some connection error message, he also can't download any firmware updates to his device (over the wireless network) without getting a connection error.
I have created a new IT Policy on their server leaving the default settings and pushed it to his device, he still is not able to do those two things without getting a connection error. He's the only user having this problem.
He's done a batter pull with no change.
I would have posted this in BES but at this point I don't think this is a BES related issue; I wonder if its more a device issue or his carrier doing something?
