hi guys having trouble with my blackberry toch 9800.

it keeps freezing, when the slide is open i cant use the touch screen or the scroll box thing.

when i close it it all works again.

it also keeps saying i need to format my memory card.

i really dont know whats wrong with it. any one else get these issues?

would a master reset work? how would i go about doing so?

Does anybody know? I'm sure its a software issue as it comes and goes. The touch screen is also playing up. I think I've downloaded a dodgy app or something

I have had that problem as well, more so on the 9800 but only once or twice on the 9810, Don't think it is a software issue.
