Hi,

Earlier I tried to load an app using BB Apps and my Torch 9800 crashed halfway while the app was installing.

Since then my phone keeps re-booting itself before even reaching the Home Screen.

I have tried to battery pull a number of times, but it still re-boots when the status bar reaches a particular point.

Please assist.

I had to have mine replaced. It was nuked.

As the word "nuked" is commonly used, you shouldn't have had to replace it if it was nuked.
