Hello everybody,

I have a new BB 9810, it works fine but when it is in inactive mode and it hasn't coverage but is connected by wifi it doesn't push the emails? The bold did it. Is a configuration problem or the new version of OS?

Best regards,

sllado

Do you have a connection from your carrier - i.e. edge, EDGE, 3G, etc.?

Have you tried a battery pull?

have you resent service books (see the FAQ)).

Hello,

It works fine when it is active, but when it is inactive, is sleeping, and the carrier hasn't coverage, but is connected a wifi it don't recive the emails. But when it becomes active, it recives all the emails. Is a new battery save configuration?

Best regards,
