I'm updating my BB Torch and it has been stuck on the Instalation Module 896 of 1375 for the last hour....Is this normal? How long should it take? I don't want to unplug it as i'm worried it might not work....HELP! :(

Keep it plugged i.

If you unplug you might nuke the device.

If it doesn't install correctly, are you following our instructions in the sticky at the top of the 9800 section?
