Sync Contacts on Torch 9810 to Outlook 2003

I've always had Enterprise with my BB and everything was synchronized. Now that I have a BB on my own, I am unable to sync all my contacts with my Outlook 2003. Please help and note that I am incredibly technologically challenged and will need easy to understand instructions. Please help!!!:smile:

Download and install Desktop Manager version 6 from the RIM website. then configure it to sync calendar, contacts, notes and memos with your BB.

Maybe get a friend to help if you can't get it to work correctly.
