Default SD card Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Torch 9810 and just recently upgraded the OS. My Blackberry folder and everything in it changed to a shortcut and can not access my media. Pictures and music and videos and voice notes and all are gone. The data count shows that it is there but can not connect via media folder. I decided to go back to the previous OS but the same thing occured. When I formated the card the blackberry folder came back but when I attached it the computer via Desktop Man. it went back and changed it to a short cut again. I then decided to format the card and get the folder back and then loaded my music by WIFI and success for NOW! What is going on with this? Has anyone run into to this before. It was fine till I hooked it up to the laptop and boom it lost it all but shows by data count it is still there?????
