When I try to play video sync'd from computer, the screen freezes and turns green on the first frame, often with assorted colored lines across it. The sound studders for a couple seconds, and after about 20 seconds it displays "the media being played is of an unsupported format"

This just recently started happening. I've tried wmv, mp4, avi, same thing. Tried pulling battery, updating software, deleting and re-sync, etc without success.

Any advice would be appreciated.
