Default My emails aren't working and I can't press the Email Accounts button

Please Login to Remove!

My emails have stopped coming through on my torch, and I can't send them either. The last email I got on my phone was from blackberry telling me I need to verify my email password by going to setup and into the email accounts section. But it won't let me click on the email accounts, I can click on all of the others just not that one. I've rebooted, taken the battery and sim out and nothing has worked! Please can someone help me?

Have you called your cell carrier's tech support?

Have you resent service books? See the FAQ for how to do it.

If yes, then log into your existing BIS account and change the IMEI and PIN to that of your new device. then resend the service books from BIS, Do a battery pull and let the device reboot and you should be good to go.so my question is dat how can i change the imei and the pin..and secondly is it my sim imie or the phone.
