Default USB HD Connection - Not

Please Login to Remove!

I am still having the issue with my Desktop recognizing my device. It does recognize the BB device, but not the SD. Checking My Computer, only the BB shows? The problem is that I am using the device to take pics and now I cannot get to the pics to remove to another device and it's taking up device memory, slowing the whole operation down. Help please?

Try a different cable or computer to rule out what is the real cause.

If pics are being put on the SD card then they shouldn't be the cause of your slow down.
