app world icon missing

I have been requested to download a new version of Appworld, I did it but now the icon is missing, in the list of applications it appears but cannot run it.

Go to home screen, hit Menu>Show all. All of your hidden apps should appear, along with appworld.

Hi,
To re-install BlackBerry App World:
- open the Web Browser
- goto m.blackberry.com
- select your country - submit
- click upper right Menu - select Apps
- select BlackBerry App World
- click Upgrade Today
- scroll down and click Download Now

I've done that my friend and it just doesn't want to show.I phoned vodacom and they informed me that I have to update my OS.

I had to take my phone in for a software update to get it showing again;-)

I can only suggest what I did, I took my phone into vodacom's repair shop for a software update and a hour later I got my phone back and everything was back to normal;-)
