When i sync my 9810 to my laptop, Outlook 2010, updates are not syncing. if i add an email address to a contact in outlook, it wont sync to the phone. yes, i have checked the operations page in Desktop manager and it is set to sync both ways. My outlook does have two profiles.

Probably because nobody knew the answer. You have to make sure that you're syncing the proper profile.
