BB-Tourch 9810: Is this Anti-virus or Hardware or Software Issue
 

Hi All

Am facing a problem a problem. my App World Icon gets disappeared soon. I went to the service center and the good support guy helps me out by re-installing the OS with his half an hour work but the moment when reboot the device after I install my required applications, the APP worlds Disappears.

Is this a Anti virus problem or Hardware or Software Problem?

I have a similar problem too. My bold 9000 just froze after downloading a theme.
It requested for a restart and then when it started, it just froze when it got to the home screen.

Could that be hardware or software related?
