Hi, this might have already been answered, but I have been given a Blackberry 9800. When I send a text message it goes in my message box as the file to who that has gone to. When they reply it comes back as a separate file then I send one back as a separate file, even though the conversation is on the same message if this makes sense.

Can anyone help so that for example a text to 'joe' just goes to joe and comes back from joe as the same file without duplicating itself and filling up my message box

What do you mean by file? Are you asking about message threading?

Yeah, that's the word !!!!!!

My 9900 does it by default, but I think it's under Text Message Options on other devices.

Yeah been in that but I get take it off
