All email accounts have been wiped
All 3 of my email accounts were wiped from my BB 9800 some time this morning or during the night. I have the latest version of OS 6 (plus BBM 7 which allows wi-fi voices calls) and it has always been incredibly stable, without misbehaving in any way whatsoever.
The only thing I did this morning was download an app from Appworld, the Vueling app to allow me to book flights directly from the BB. The app did not work when I installed it without giving it trusted app status so I deleted it, reinstalled it and gave it trusted app status, found it didn't work again and so deleted it again. This may or may not be relevant.
Now, when I go into the Set-Up options for Email Accounts, none of the three accounts shows up and when I go further to Internet Mail Account, I am asked to accept conditions for "The Blackberry Prosumer Service Agreement". Should I? I would do this without thinking in normal circumstances but am still reeling slightly at this strange hiccough, the first of any kind I have had with a BB in two years.

Resend your service books and do a battery pull.
