Help Please Problem With My Torch 9800
hi! im from philippines, user of BB torch 9800 with a GLOBE as my network provider.
i registered my globe number to bb social for 30 days using my old phone which is bb curve 8320 everything is working well and then i decided to upgrade my phone to torch 9800 using the same number but then problem occurs i cant setup my bbm i cant access the internet. i even called the globe customer service and i even went to globe center they checked it they send the service books and the BIS something but still nothing was changed so they forwarded this to the tech support and my number is under provision that they will reset all the settings in my phone they even asked me to changed (update) my sim which i did but still nothing was fixed… help please! thanks!

You need to log into your BIS (or BB Social) account and change the IMEI and PIN to that of the Torch. It still thinks you are using the 8320.
