Hmmm....not really a surprise, although it's good to get a little more confirmation.

My only decision now is whether to stay with Bell... My contract is up with them so I can shop around, and I can get a very good deal through Rogers [my employer uses Rogers]. It just remains to be seen whether I can get the company deal AND a 9900 for a reasonable price..[FREE would be very reasonable...]

Yeah, not sure about that. If you can get the corporate rate for your plan, then I would go with Rogers, that would probably be your best bet. Bell Mobility sicks hard at customer service, and their idea of a retention bonus is usually more expensive than a new account with Rogers (Corporate Plans only).

I don't care much because I never buy a subsidized device.
With Bell, right now, I pay 49.99 +tx for my plan, and the same level with Rogers was gonna run about 75+

No brainer really.

What level of service do you have? I have a 500MB data plan.

unlimited incoming/nights/week-ends
unlimited data (no tether)
200 anytime minutes
BIS

I have had this plan for a long time though. I know they don't offer unlimited anymore. I think it's 500MB or 1GB. No tethering.

Bell business customer retention plan:
SMALL BUSINESS PROMO BB95 36M
Cost - $95.00
6GB BES data tethering included
2000 daytime minutes @.35/additional minute
Unlimited incoming
Unlimited L/D North America (while in Canada) on ALL minutes, regardless of whether overage minutes or not
Bell to Bell calling free
Unlimited texting to anywhere from within Canada.
7am-6pm Nights/Weekends - unlimited talk
Enhanced Msg center
Caller ID/Call forwarding/Call waiting etc...all included

I got a 50% credit on top of this, so my net cost is $47.50/month. We have this on several phones.

You only have to call and b! tch.

FWIW, Rogers has an even better plan at $94.00, which is UNLIMITED talk, period.
