I saw unlocked 9900 at amazon.com, can those be used in China? Thanks.

Yes, it should work fine. According to THIS China Mobile uses the 900MHz frequency for standard service and 2100MHz for 3G. The 9930 supports both these frequencies.

Does it work for Sprint if it is unlocked?

No. Sprint is a CDMA carrier. The 9900 doesn't work on CDMA.

Tomorrow (Sunday) Sprint gets the 9930 Bold Touch. Same as the 9900 but CDMA vs. GSM. And the 9930 is a "world phone", containing a SIM slot for roaming onto GSM networks overseas (and probably GSM networks in the U.S. if you activate the service here).

Welcome to Sprint. Instead of calling themselves "The Now Network" they should be called "The Bass Akwards Gang".

And they don't open until 11:00 AM. Kinda late to be starting, even on a Sunday. My countdown is just over 13 hours.

For DAYS now! And I'm probably not going to sleep well tonight. Maybe I'll just pull an old-school all nighter and push on through to morning. The problem with that is it's a L__O__N__G morning when I have to wait until 11.
