I'm sure they'll get it, and I'm sure it will be soon. I cannot give specifics because AT&T hasn't even announced it.

Yes, AT&T will be getting the 9900 as announced. It will be available in November. Now I personally think that AT&T will release it earlier, but this is what was announced. I believe they will also carry the 9860.
