Default Sort Photos Alphabetically - by Name

Please Login to Remove!

This ridiculously simple feature was conspicuously omitted from the Torch 9800's bbOS6 versions.

Please tell me that it can be done with the Bold 9900/9930

You can't in the Pictures Application but you can in the File browser.

I just don't understand. Going as far back as the BlackBerry 8703e, we've been able to sort our pictures by name inside the media app. Has RIM offered any kind of an explanation as to why this is now not part of the OS? It makes zero sense to me.
