is it posible to make from my Bold 9900 in to a wifiHotspot ?
according to Rim its posible but cant find it on my phone or internet

I do not think that feature is enable at the present time.

There are rumors that Telus and Bell will have it in an upcoming f/w release. It is supposed to be available on the 9900 at some point. I am waiting, as I want to toss my 3G iPAD plan in the garbage...

I heard UMA is coming in November; hotspot would be a very welcome addition.

I've been reading on the T-Mobile community forum that even when UMA is added/enabled, the 9900 will not do handoffs from UMA to mobile network. Hard to believe. Anyone know if true or not?

Maybe. But seemed to be ok for me on 9700. However, I hardly use the phone, which may explain why I didn't notice, and so maybe I won't care afterall.
