Default 9900 on Bell work on Rogers?

Hi,

If I buy a 9900 on Bell can I unlock it and use it on Rogers? Please let me know.

Yes, the 9900 unlocked will work on either Bell or Rogers.

I have a fleet of Bell phones thru my company so I can just pull a number for the upgrade price.
