I second the customer service with Verizon, over the years they have been fantastic and I hardly ever sit on hold. Every once and awhile you will get that person having a bad day but they are still more helpful than most other companies.

Yeah varizon are good then other's agree

You may need to register an account in the webportal if you have never done it from a computer.

My setting migrated(signatures) once I reverified all my accounts.

Or you could stick to autotext... I use zz sometimes as a sig.
