Default Blackberry Protect unavailable

I just got a new 9900 and was looking to restore my data from my old Storm2 via Blackberry Protect. When I try installing it from App World it says that is unavailable for my device. What gives? This is a brand new 9900 that I just got from a Rogers authrized dealer (Cellcom).

So I went to App World via my desktop and it looks like Blackberry Protect is not available yet for the 9900. Any ideas when it will or is there any other alternative (free preferably)?

darkman, it is available is (normally) preinstalled on all OS7 devices.
Have you looked at Options > Device > Application Management... do you see it listed there?
The BBProtect icon is now a sheild of gold/bronze color, rather than the black shield.

Make sure you're not being hosted on a BES, as BB protect doesn't work with BES or BESX.

Why are you not using Enterprise activation to connect to your hosted exchange? Why would you pay for something when there's a client that's native and free?

I don't have to maintain another server and Astrasync is cheap and it works for me.

But doesn't hosted exchange connect via Enterprise activation as well? We host and that's how we integrate our client devices outside of our network.
