Unhappy what is happening to Rim?

Please Login to Remove!

I have been a customer since beginning of RIM, after 9700 seems, that every step this company takes is wrong ?, I am extremely dissapointed with their last products, tablet and 9900....tablet no need to talk about it....9900 it is a nightmare..! call drops...battery life....big size....no camera autofocus....etc..etc... I had enough today and downgraded to my old 9700....

I was so confident thet I bought shares from RiMM and lost there too.....

So far my only real connection to BB is Messenger...until somebody outhere make something similar....

I am desperate to change to a new and different smartphone.....!!!!!!

just a very dissapointed old customer

If you want a better camera phone you should get this.....

This phone is amazing hands down, you want a better camera then buy a camera. The video and pictures this phone takes are better than any other phone I have had. Even with my Otterbox this phone is still small as F and fits great in any pocket. Never dropped a call, get two days on battery easy, this is the best thing RIM has made in my eyes.

The one positive that you mention in BBM is the one thing I don't use and don't even see a need for. I guess this phone is not for everyone but I am very glad to be an owner and not using a Droid phone anymore.

Here's some advice for you: get a different device that works for you. No need to be desperate for a new phone... that's just sad. You control your own destiny, so get out there and buy something that you like.
