My parents both have the bold touch on verizon and I am on the 9650. My fiance is on att verzion of the 9650 as well. For some reason her and I can bbm but when she sends messages to my parents and they respond, she never gets them. She can't even see if they have been read. We tried re-adding everyone over the weekend and still nothing. It shows pending now on her phone from my parents.

Any thoughts?

Do the parents have a BB dataplan? Are they connected to RIM?

For the parents, do a battery pull and resend service books.

My parents do. My dad has BES as well. Weird thing is I can chat with thme with no problems. We are all VZ to VZ and my fiance is ATT. So weird that she can chat with me and i can chat with them but they cant chat with eachother...maybe it's inlaws block :P
