at&t blackberry bold -- tethering?
i have a 4g data pro with tethering plan through work. tethering worked fine with my old 9000, but it fails and i keep getting a 720 error after recent upgrade to 9900. one of our it guys has spent a lot of time with at&t tech support but we still can't get past the 720 error. another friend has suggested "But you do need to install the driver for the 9900 so the Communication Manager can see it. Have you done that? Itís a separate installation from the BlackBerry Desktop Software."
i have searched around and don't see how to "install the driver" for the 9900. i am using an hp compaq elitebook 6930p for the (would-be) tethered machine when traveling. if anyone can help me with what to do (or a good place to read) to restore tether capability with my new 9900, i'd be hugely grateful. thx

UPDATE. our it guys got me working. they updated at&t communications manager to 7.02.0610.0. then they updated a driver using Help / Customer Care Tools / Reset Mobile Device Driver
working fine now and the "4G" speed difference is nice
