Have you called VNPT to ensure that your CF is enabled via your carrier and/or handset? Is your network radio on, as I believe CF is disabled if you are only on WiFi only.
My SIM is replaced in BB9000 no problem:
Call forwarding with 3 conditionals :
- if Busy : XXXXXXXXX
- if No Reply: XXXXXXXXX
- if Not Reachable : XXXXXXXXX So with BB9930
Option--> Call Managment--> call Forwarding------->Forwarding not available
