Hide icon dock? 9900 + OS 7

I have looked all over and can't find an answer, or else I'm searching using the wrong terms. How on earth do I hide the icon dock at the bottom of the screen? I could do it with my 9700 and OS 6!

Put your finger on the bar and drag in down the screen.
