Look in the Applications folder. If it's not there, you may not have installed it and would simply need to reinstall the OS, adding the password keeper module to the install.

The latest 7.1 for the 9900 seems to be from Tmobile - 7.1, Release 998 ... Can be used if you follow the same directions as before.

The t-mobile release you referred to is no longer the most recent. It's 7.1.0.1149, aka, 7.1.0.342.

The latest RELEASED version for T-Mobile USA is 7.1.0.284 - http://www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade

7.1.0.342 was released by Telenor Norway - Official OS 7.1.0.342 for the Bold 9900

I have the 1149 build and it works fine... How come the MOD hasn't updated the front page so we can see latest 7.1 displayed like the others??

Mr. Supreme Allied Commander, as I and others have pointed out, this thread, which is supposed to be the "Latest OS Official 7.1 for the 9900" contains a link to OS 7.0, not 7.1 and it has not been updated in weeks to in fact contain the latest OS 7.1 for the 9900.
I have been using 7.1.0.342 shortly after it was released by Telenor Norway, without issues.

However, when will a moderator update this thread to reflect the latest OS 7.1 for the Bold 9900? Very sloppy.

You may need to connect your device to desktop manager and make sure that Password Keeper actually is installed. A similar thing happened to me.
